1. Payment and Check-Out
Payment of any outstanding balance is required upon arrival.
Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please contact reception if you need a late departure or wish to store your luggage.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking
2. Alcohol, Smoking, and Conduct
No alcohol is allowed on the premises without prior approval.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, and a fine of R350 will be charged for violations.
Prostitution is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.
Please wear appropriate clothing in all public areas.
No loud music or noises are allowed to respect other guests.
3. Guests and Occupancy
If you have an extra guest, please make prior arrangements, or the full single rate will apply for the extra guest.
Underage guests (below 18) cannot share rooms with members of the opposite sex unless they are family.
4. Responsibility and Damages
Villa Beryl is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal items in your room.
Fire extinguishers are available in each room, and an emergency plan is located behind the door.
Guests are responsible for any damage to property and must pay for any damages immediately.
Management reserves the right to expel guests who violate the rules and to claim compensation for any losses.
5. Meals and Service
Breakfast is served from 6:30 am to 8:30 am on weekdays, and from 7:00 am to 9:00 am on weekends.
No breakfast will be served more than 20 minutes after your requested time.
Dinner and lunchboxes are available upon request—please order before 15:00 for dinner and before 19:00 for lunchboxes.
6. General Terms
The guesthouse cannot be held responsible for any power or water failures.
No refunds will be given after the room has been used in any way.
If you are leaving early, please deposit your keys in the postbox at the gate.
A copy of the cancellation and booking policy is available in the room info file and at the front desk.
Please check your room upon arrival and report any non-functioning or damaged items to administration.
